The combined force of a quality skillet and a keen eye. Will deliver this amazing French Omelette. The bottom of your skillet should be thick. So the egg mass could transform in a bubbly flat bread. In the shape of a half moon

no recipe

Grate Parmesan Cheese. About the content of a cup. And break to 2 fresh eggs in a cold and cleaned bowl. Wisk the yellow liquid until a few bubbles appear at the surface. However do not get too enthusiastic. By whisking the eggs into a mass of foam

Heat your thick bottomed skillet. And use oil that could stand a bit of heat. The moment you sense the heat coming from your skillet. Pour in the egg mass. And take a close look at your omelette in the make. As soon as you can flip the omelette. Do so. Mix half a teaspoon of grounded Black Pepper to the cup of Parmesan Cheese. And empty the cup on top of your omelette. Bring the omelette to bed, by folding into a half moon shape. Turn off the heat. Let the skillet rest. And cover it with a plate or a lid. Give the omelette a minute to solidify its interiors. And eat this heaven of cheese asap. Before more cold is creeping in. Bon appetit!
