- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 tomatoes (plump, juicy and fat)
- 2 knobs of garlic
- 2 tbs. of olive oil
- a pinch of salt (preferably sea salt)
- a few fresh grounds of black pepper

- a Knife
- a Cutting Board
- a clean kitchen towel
- a grill, bbq, makeshift fire pit or toaster
steps (PREP. & ACTUAL COOKING)
- Wash tomatoes
- Towel dry tomatoes
- Cut each tomato into 4 wedges
- Undo skin of knobs of garlic
- Slice knobs of garlic into half
- Toast slices of bread
- Rub each slice of bread with half a knob of garlic
- Furthermore rub each tomato wedge into a slice of bread
- Make sure each slice of bread get this very red outlook
- Cut unused wedges of tomatoes into cubes
- Sprinkle each slice with a bit of oil
- Season well with salt & pepper
- Serve slices of bread with a some cubes of tomatoes on the side
