pulled crab stick rice bowl

This a perfect bowl for a lazy summer Sunday. The base is cooked long grain rice. That is rinsed with cold water. And with the addition of pulled crab sticks (aka surimi sticks) and a strong green tsatsiki sauce. Makes this recipe a candidate for my top 10 list of comfortable dishes

ingredients

  1. 1 bowl of leftover cooked long grain rice
  2. 2 tbs. of green tsatsiki sauce
  3. 4 crab sticks (aka surimi sticks)

TOOLS

  • a spoon

steps (PREP. & ACTUAL COOKING)

  1. Unpack crab sticks (in case each stick is wrapped in plastic)
  2. Pull meat from crab sticks
  3. Add pulled meat to bowl of rice
  4. Add green sauce to bowl
  5. Bon appétit
