steps (PREP. & ACTUAL COOKING)
- Wash & towel dry cucumbers
- Slice cucumbers with cheese slicer or mandolin
- Slide thin slices into container
- Wash & towel dry lemon
- Cut lemon in half
- Store 1/2
- Grate skin of the other half
- Add its pulp to the bowl
- Squeeze lemon
- Pour juice into bowl
- Add honey, salt and pepper to bowl
- Give the dressing a good stir
- Mix dressing with slices of cucumber
- Close container
- Give the container a few good shakes
- Store container in fridge
- Before serving cold
- Pick a slice and taste
- In case you sense there is too much salt, add 1/2 tsp. of honey to the container
- Give the container a good shake
- And serve
