- 125 gr. of pork mince
- 1/2 tsp. of smoked sweet paprika powder
- 1/8 tsp. of dried chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. of salt
- 1/2 tsp. of freshly grounded pepper
- 1 tbs. of oil
- 1 tbs. of cream butter
- 2 rolls
- 1 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. of fried garlic tomato sauce or mellow hot sauce

steps
- Prepare and grill meatballs. Go for instructions ☞ How to make meatballs
- Let the balls rest in a closed container, outside the fridge
- Do not wash your skillet or casserole, you just used to grill meatballs
- Wash and towel dry tomatoes
- Hull tomatoes
- Slice each tomato into 4 wedges
- Turn on the heat
- Re-warm skillet or casserole
- When juices and fat start making hissing sounds, add the wedges
- Let them grill for 15 seconds (count back from 15 to 1)
- Turn them
- Repeat no.10
- Remove skillet or casserole from heat
- Slice open bread rolls
- Coat each side with your favourite hot sauce
- Cut each meatball into 4 slices
- Layer each bottom side of the roll with slices of meatball
- Top the slices with grilled wedges
- Serve as quick as possible
