meatball on a roll

In the nordic countries a popular recipe for meat balls is a mixture of beef and pork mince. Ikea is selling Swedish meatballs. And their mixed meatballs are as popular as their Billy bookcase. Meatball on a roll is a great alternative to a hamburger. To this day Dutch people order warmed meat balls with hot peanut butter sauce on a white bun. At their local bar or cafetaria. For this recipe I used the traditional technique to make meatballs. But added grounded smoked pepper and chili powder to the mince. This in combination with grilled tomatoes on a strong roll. Is my  idea of comfort food. Go to how to make meatballs. And get started.
