This is a great recipe to execute on a slow Saturday morning. And to prep this super sweet jam of lemons you apply this technique. That is Au Bain Marie. To keep it simple; it’s a bowl you add in warming not boiling water. And in this bowl you melt delicate ingredients like egg yokes or chocolate. Now back to this breakfast dish. A bowl of yoghurt with muesli and chunks of apple is ideal. To cover with some stiff dollop of super sweet lemon curd.
