- 1/2 a lemon
- 3 tbs. of natural, Greek or French yoghurt

- a sieve or colander
- an orange or lemon squeezer

steps (PREP. & ACTUAL COOKING)
- Harvest 2 hands full of cress (the whole shebang, so stems +leaves)
- Wash & sieve cress
- Add cress to blender
- Wash & towel dry lemon
- Grate skin from lemon
- Add pulp to blender
- Cut naked lemon in half
- Store one half
- Squeeze juice from the other half
- Pour juice into blender
- Add honey and yoghurt to blender
- Give the blender a few good jolts
- Pour smoothie into tall glass or jar with lid (for on the go)
