- 1 lemon
- ginger root (you would need the size of a finger)
- 2 cups of water
- optional: 1 tbs. of honey
TOOLS
- a knife
- a spoon
- a cutting board
- a mug
- a saucepan, an electric kettle or Quooker
- a clean kitchen towel
- a lemon squeezer
steps (PREP. & ACTUAL COOKING)
- Wash lemon & ginger root
- Towel dry with kitchen towel
- Cut lemon in half
- Store the other half for the next day
- Squeeze juice
- And pour juice into mug
- Bring water to boil
- Add boiling water to mug
- Cut ginger root into long slices
- Add slices to mug
- Slice a ring from squeezed lemon
- And cut ring into small cubes
- Add cubes to your mug
- Optional: add honey
- Drink your infusion
