  1. 200 grams of chicken breast fillet
  2. 1 tsp. of tikka masala spice-mix
  3. 2tbs. of olive oil
  4. 2 cups of water

TOOLS

  • a Knife
  • a Cutting Board
  • a pan 
  • a skillet or grill pan
  • a Sieve or Colander
  • skewers
  1. Wash check breast fillet
  2. Activate your stove or induction hob
  3. Fill pan with water
  4. Bring water to boiling point
  5. Cut chicken breast fillets into cubes
  6. Carefully add cubes to boiling water
  7. Wait for one minute
  8. Remove pan from the heat
  9. Sieve cubes with sieve or colander
  10. Make kebab skewers with the shortly cooked chicken cubes
  11. Wrap bottom of skillet or grill pan with spice-mix
  12. Pour oil into skillet or grill pan
  13. Active your stove or induction hob
  14. Place pan on hotpoint
  15. The moment you smell the oil, add the skewers to the pan
  16. Wait 5 minutes before you turn the skewers
  17. Use the rest of 10 minutes for roasting each side of a skewer
  18. So each cube of chicken breast fillet get this softly grilled outlook
  19. Serve with warm peanut sauce
