- 200 grams. of string beans
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 block of feta cheese

- A fork
- a Cutting Board
- a sieve or colander
- a Saucepan
- a Bowl
steps (PREP. & ACTUAL COOKING)
- Wash string beans
- Remove heads and toes from beans
- Fill saucepan with 2/3 of water
- Turn on the heat
- Bring water to boil
- When boiling, add string beans
- Wait until water boiled again
- Turn down the stove, or remove pan from the center of bbq, grill or makeshift fire
- Let water + beans bubble and boil softly for about 8 min.
- Pick a bean with your fork
- Taste whether the bean is al dente
- If not, wait a few minutes
- The fresher the beans, the earlier they are ready to eat
- Remove pan from stove, bbq, grill or makeshift fire
- Sieve cooked beans
- Let the sieved beans rest a bit
- Wash and dry tomatoes
- Cut them into cubes
- Add them to bowl
- Add the beans to the bowl, too
- Undo feta cheese of packaging
- Clean cutting board
- Crush & crumble the block of cheese with your fork
- Scoop feta crumbles into bowl
- Season your lukewarm one-pot bowl with homemade chilli flakes marinade
