This week’s meal plan is about cooking outdoors. On a grill, bbq or makeshift fire. And with this plan comes a new batch of over 10 recipes. From leftover potato soup, an infusion with fresh lemon and ginger to a bowl of green lentils & anjovies. All dishes can be prepared with the minimum of use of kitchen tools and utensils. So your precious time can be spend on enjoying some great views and camp fire chats. Furthermore; I like to end this little editor’s note with last week’s output from emilies newsletter subscribers.
