The other day’s rain did not deter me to shop at the Farmer’s Market. To find an abundance of Lemons, Tomatoes and (wild) Peaches at the Fruit & Veg stall. So I upped my stock in Lemons. For a batch of fresh Lemon Curd. A homemade Condiment that you could stock for a least a week in an airtight container. This is a great recipe to execute on a slow Saturday morning. And to prep this super Sweet Jam of Lemons you apply this Technique. That is Au Bain Marie. To keep it simple; it’s a Bowl you add in warming not boiling water. And in this bowl you melt delicate ingredients like Egg yokes or Chocholate. Now back to this breakfast dish. A bowl of Yoghurt with Muesli and chunks of Apple is ideal. To cover with some stiff dollop of super sweet Lemon Curd

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Cups of Yoghurt
  • 1 Cup of Muesli
  • 1tbs. of Lemon Curd
