ingredients

  1. 2 cups of lebneh
  2. 10 gr. of cream butter
  3. 2 apples
  4. 2 cups of muesli
  5. 10 pecan nuts
  6. 2 tbs. of honey

TOOLS

  • a Knife
  • a spoon or spatula
  • a Cutting Board
  • a skillet
  • 2 bowls
  1. Wash apples
  2. Peel off their skin
  3. Remove their core
  4. Slice & dice apples into thin chunks
  5. Add a cup of lebneh to each bowl
  6. Turn on the heat
  7. Add butter to skillet 
  8. Let butter melt in warm skillet
  9. Add chunks of apple to skillet
  10. Wait until chunks of apples get this glow
  11. Break pecan nuts into pieces
  12. Add muesli and broken pecan nuts to skillet
  13. Stir the lot with a spoon or spatula
  14. Wait for 3 minutes
  15. Remove skillet from the heat
  16. Carefully add honey to the skillet
  17. Stir with vigour
  18. Divide baked apples, muesli and nuts over 2 bowls
  19. Eat lukewarm
  20. Bon appétit!
