- 2 cups of lebneh
- 10 gr. of cream butter
- 2 apples
- 2 cups of muesli
- 10 pecan nuts
- 2 tbs. of honey
TOOLS
- a Knife
- a spoon or spatula
- a Cutting Board
- a skillet
- 2 bowls
- Wash apples
- Peel off their skin
- Remove their core
- Slice & dice apples into thin chunks
- Add a cup of lebneh to each bowl
- Turn on the heat
- Add butter to skillet
- Let butter melt in warm skillet
- Add chunks of apple to skillet
- Wait until chunks of apples get this glow
- Break pecan nuts into pieces
- Add muesli and broken pecan nuts to skillet
- Stir the lot with a spoon or spatula
- Wait for 3 minutes
- Remove skillet from the heat
- Carefully add honey to the skillet
- Stir with vigour
- Divide baked apples, muesli and nuts over 2 bowls
- Eat lukewarm
- Bon appétit!
